This profile expects a long pre infusion and then moves on to a flow controlled extraction aiming at 6 bars of pressure,

The first stage has a set time of 30 seconds to mimic the slayer shot, however, if coffee is ground too coarse and you reach 5grams in cup, it will move on to the extraction stage to save the shot.

If that happens, it’s recommended to slowly move into a finer grind to get closer to the 30 seconds.
