This is my interpretation of the Luminous Coffee espresso recipe, it’s built with a mid flow 3 bar limit for a 5 seconds pre infusion and then extracted to 6 bars at 9 ml/s flow.

Per the original recipe, total extraction times should be around 26 - 29 seconds, I’ve found sweetness at 20 t0 22 seconds on a 1:2.5 ratio 18g dose, but dial in to taste.
